Returning Goods

We take great care in selling only quality products, however if you are not satisfied with a product once your order has arrived, please contact us via email within 5 working days and we will provide instructions on how to return your goods.

Items will be exchanged, or a credit note given, providing that items are returned in the same condition as when they were purchased, including the packaging.

We cannot accept responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit when being returned to us.

In the event of goods being faulty we will cover all costs of postage and either provide a full refund or exchange the goods.

Please obtain proof of purchase when returning all goods.
